Good morning friends! Between Christmas and Valentine's Day, there are quite a few guys getting on their knees... which means lots of happy months of planning on the horizon! Glad you all tunned in for some great ideas, and if you have friends who are engaged, encourage them to subscribe (right side bar) for fabulous wedding ideas and DIY projects.
This week I'm featuring a beautiful wedding element that is VERY tricky to capture. Many brides have thought about sparklers... but did you know you can write with them? It's a very challenging image to capture, you need a photographer who really knows their stuff. Anytime I get a wedding with sparklers I'm excited. This is a picture I took at Veronica and Sam's wedding last year.

This one below is my favorite. I love how the sparklers create swirls around them as they slow dance... looks like something out of a fairytale
Writing is so fun and you can do so many things with the idea. You can do the bride and groom's name, your wedding date, or wedding words like "love", "forever" etc. Another fun idea is to write "Thank you" for your thank you post cards to guests. The only thing is that the photographer needs people that can write the letters BACKWARDS... which is not always easy to find after a long reception of wine and celebration if you know what I mean!
If your venue allows sparklers... you should definitely consider this fun and creative idea.
